Admin team were very helpful when making booking. We’re upfront with all fees for service. On the day of service were on time, informative and explained their diagnostic findings. The Gippslec team member (Josh) then provided multiple options for a repair. Because of this I was able to make an informed decision on how to approach the required repairs.
